Tuck's Return & Refund Policy
All of our products are made to order, which allows us to offer unique, one-of-a-kind designs. Because of this, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged or defective, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
Please be sure to use our size guides before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns for size issues. Since each item is custom-made after your purchase, we’re unable to restock or resell returned items.
Please note: We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

It must be in its original packaging

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Personal preference or buyer’s remorse

Sale items or discounted products
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email that we've received your item. You’ll also be informed whether your refund is approved, denied, or will be replaced with the exact same item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Returns You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
